Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD Annually

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Government Contracts Administrator to support the administration and compliance of multiple U.S. Government contracts. This role works closely with program management and leadership to ensure contract requirements are understood, executed, and documented in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a small business environment and supporting a variety of contract actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the full lifecycle of government contracts, from award through closeout.

  • Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and modifications.

  • Support multiple contract types, including Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Fee (CPFF/CPAF), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

  • Assist with contract modifications and subcontract administration.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with billing, reporting, and deliverable requirements.

  • Maintain contract files and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare, deliver, and present on spreadsheets with formulas and data analysis.

  • Ensure timely processing of department reports and deliverables.

  • Support audits, data calls, and contract reviews as required.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in government contract administration.

  • Ability to receive instruction, follow procedures, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience supporting multiple government contract types, including T&M, CPFF/CPAF, and FFP.

  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Successfully pass a background check and drug testing.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal compliance requirements.

  • Experience with Deltek systems (e.g., Costpoint).

  • Prior experience in a small business federal contracting environment.
