Installation Instruction for Windows

1. Get the latest Java JRE from SUN and install it.
   
   
2. Get the Java3D libraries from SUN and install it.
   
   
3. Make certain you download and install the OpenGL version for the JRE.
   
   
4. Down Load the "UPMS_Windows.tar" (1.57Mb) and the "upms.jar" (3.77Mb) for your Windows.[Registered User] [New User]
   
   
5. Extract the "UPMS_Windows.tar" Tar file into C:\UPMS_Windows and move "upms.jar" file to UPMS_Windows directory.
   
   
6. Change your "Path" environment variable to include C:\UPMS. This can be accessed by opening control panel, then click on the System icon. Select the Advanced Tab, Environment button. The Path variable is in the list at the bottom of the dialog.
   
   
7. Run the program UPMS.BAT from UPMS-Windows directory.
